Privacy
This site tracks visitor behavior. We say so proudly; it is the point. The same stack we use here is what we install for our clients.
What we collect
We use PostHog to record page views, scroll depth, and interaction events. Session recordings are enabled. We use GA4 for acquisition signals. If you submit your email to unlock the demo, that email is stored in our database and added to a Resend audience used only for the emails described below.
What we do with it
The data powers the live dashboards on this site. It is not sold. It is not shared with third parties for advertising. We use it to understand how the site performs and to improve the service.
Why we're allowed to (lawful basis)
We rely on your consent, given when you submit your email, for the emails described below, and on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site performs for analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights).
Who processes it
We don't sell your data. It is handled only by the providers that run RevRadar, acting as our processors: PostHog and Google Analytics (product/acquisition analytics), Resend (email), Cal.com (booking), Neon (database), and Vercel (hosting). Some are US-based, so your data may be processed outside the EU/UK under their respective safeguards.
Unlocking the demo sends no email. If you run the agent, you receive one example digest, the only transactional email. If you ran the agent but didn't book a call, you may then receive a single follow-up: one question asking why you passed, with a one-click unsubscribe. Answer it and we send the build-it-yourself kit you requested; ignore it and you won't hear from us again. No newsletters, no ongoing drip campaigns, no sharing with other parties.
How long we keep it
Lead details (name, email) are kept while you're an active contact and removed on request. Analytics and email-event data are retained on a rolling basis per our providers' defaults (typically up to 12 months).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, a copy of (portability), or deletion of your data; object to or restrict its processing; and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@summernj.com and we'll action it within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Cookies
We set one first-party cookie (rr_unlocked) to remember your demo access state for 90 days. PostHog and GA4 set their own cookies per their respective privacy policies.
